Either too much or too little water.

I purchased a WT7000CW machine last year and Im very frustrated with the lack of control over the water level. Either hardly any water is put into a wash or too much water There is no happy medium. The bedding cycle fills the tub all the way up to the top and the laundry swirls at the top of the water and doesnt really get clean. The normal cycle puts hardly any water into the tub and I dont feel the clothes are getting clean. When you select water plus it fills the tub to the top in which case the laundry floats at the top and doesnt get agitated. The deep fill option is the same. Water fills to the brim with the dirty laundry swirling around at the top of the water far away from the agitator. Horrible design So sorry I purchased this machine.

The machine seems to wash clothes okay Ive had it for less than a year. However my clothes come out so wrinkled and they dont unwrinkle in the dryer. I have never had a washed that wrinkled the clothes so much. VERY disappointed

Extremely disappointed in this washer. Had it for 4 years and have had nothing but problems with it and the dryer. Spent way too much money for it not to work. A month after buying it it started having issues with the motor and they told me that it wasnt under the warranty. Had to pay $300 for someone to come fix it. fast forward to today and many other issues. It will not spin the clothes. Just makes a grinding sound. DO NOT BUY

Worked fine for 2 and a half years. Then from one day to another it stopped working and refused to turn on. After reinstalling the control board the unit turned on but was unable to wash. Six hundred dollars for a unit that breaks in less than three years is unacceptable

I chose this machine because the reviews the price and the wireless technology feature. So far it operates fine. Its too early to tell how reliable it will be. I was disappointed because it would not allow me to connect through the app as advertised and indicated in the instructions.

The actual function of the machine seems to be ok. I am able to wash my clothes and Im fairly satisfied with the cleanliness of the clothes. My disappointment lies in my inability to use the app to control the machine. I rolled the instructions and I downloaded the thin q app but it wont connect. This feature was on of the main features that drew me to purchase it.

Weve had this LG washer for a month now and wow what a difference from our old Samsung washer. This one does everything we need it to was very easy to use right after hooking it up and it is quiet and efficient. We havent owned LG appliances before but are glad we went with this washer. The price was very good compared to other washers with similar features/functions.

I like the machine and how it works. The only thing is that some of the clothes are coming out in with stains for no reason. If this continues I will call for assistance. The two items today were older tee shirts. I wonder if the soap dispenser is limiting the amount of soap and if I should put additional detergent directly into the tub. I will call and find out.

My top loading LG washing machine hasnt work

I purchased the LGWT 7000 C I havent been able to wash my clothes since the purchase. Its about a week old. It doesnt drain properly. The spin cycle doesnt work it doesnt drain properly even when I put it just on spin cycle it doesnt spin fast enough to drain the clothing. I troubleshoot it everything I can on my end. It was professionally installed. I dont know what to do.

Purchased this in August of 2023 and exactly 12 months after purchase my house was flooded due to cut-off valve malfunction. Issue has since been fixed and is currently working fine but it took weeks to get it resolved and only after following up with LG multiple times a week. It shouldnt take a month to resolve an issue when the part arrived within 4 days after issue was diagnosed. Hopefully no more issues but time will tell. Based on recent experience giving 2 stars is probably generous.

Horrible experience waited 3 weeks to get the washer it was supposed to arrive 3 days from when I placed order contacted LG and logistic company nobody knew where the truck was or the washer all money I saved at check out I spend on public laundy. Had to email HQ then finally nice person helped me same day and suddenly my order was delivered few days later. What irked me the most is I could have go on LG site order new washer and it shows I can get it in 3 days on any day of the week. Washer works good so far lets see if it lasts 10 years like its predecessor.

I bought this about 3 months ago. It is the worst washer I have ever had. My 1980 wash was better than this one. Leaves your clothes Wrinkled and tore up my shoes. LG customer service is the worst ever. They will not replace this washer. They said it doesnt have wrinkle control. Well no washer should wrinkle your clothes up like this. Terrible. I will never ever buy a LG washer again or any LG product for that matter.

First time with LG Appliances and so far so good I never had a washer without an agitator I like it. I also like the clear top so I can see inside very cool Theres just one thing I dont understand... I dont see where I can select the load size which would determine how much water goes in. Im going to assume the washer automatically determines that based on the weight of the load? Ive read the manual several times looking for that and couldnt find it. Thats another plus it actually came with the complete manual I didnt have to go online to get one. Good job doing that LG I appreciate it

It was delivered and put to use on 3/24 2024 and stop working about 7/16 /2024 and contacted LG. 7/24/2024 service tech came for service but could not fix it. Parts had to be ordered. Poor communications and service repair timeframes Still no answers to when I will have a functional washer.

Not satisfied at all with this LG Washer purchase and wish I could get a refund. Goes off balance frequently and has increased my water bill due to refilling. That and the top cover has a loud cracking sound when opening after it sits idle for more than 2-hours. Not recommended as a reliable product purchase.

My husband washes a great deal of clothes himself and when our ten year old LG said goodbye we went right out and got the same exact one. I had a previous front-load LG washer that lasted 28 years. This one unfortunately does not pull all the laundry under the water but instead moves it side to side. I have to push the laundry under the water by pausing the wash then start it up again. The same problem happens with rinsing it does not pull all the laundry under the water but instead moves it side to side.

Problematic Washer

Purchased the new LG Washer 10 months ago and I immediately noticed load going off balance on average twice a week. Had it looked at under warranty and was told I needed to sort my loads better. Well that helped some but it still happening and has increased my water bill significantly as it drains and refills to try and balance the load. Keep in mind my habits havent changed and never had this issue with my prior GE Harmony washer. Additionally 7 months into use every time you open the top lid when sitting overnight a loud cracking sound happens. Service again wasnt able to remedy and they are replacing the entire top section of the washer. Id give anything to pay a prorated user fee and return for refund but have been told that will never happen. Not the best experience with an LG Product.

I bought this the end of last year and I like it but just upset that the water for hot doesnt get as hot as my old samsung did . Very disappointed had service people come out and they say thats how the new ones are made Will probably have to end up spending more money to get another one with the sanitizing feature on it to have the water as hot as I would like it . Washer has problems

During the wash cycle of the washer the the basket that holds the clothes smashes into the sides of the washer. Thats because clothes get bunched up and are longer a balanced. This is unexpected and will cause the washer to fail. I plan to get a new washer from LG and I would really appreciated if someone reads this review and contacts me from LG .
