We have a horrible home warranty company, so we waited nearly a year (yes, 1 year) for this unit, and it was worth the wait! Our old unit went out within days moving into our first home. Our old unit was loud and dated, and this new oven/MW combo is quiet, sleek, user friendly, cooks evenly, and is just great overall.

Omg I utilized both ovens today for Sunday dinner and I was thrilled at the quiet fans on both. I live in a manufactured home where hearing the tv was not easy before with the 20 year old GE micro combo oven. This oven is beautiful to look at and works so effortlessly!! Most importantly it is QUIET!!

Purchased this appliance to replace a 24 year old GE built in oven/microwave combination. The new appliance looks great, works great and, of course, the new technology makes usage easier. An added plus that brought a smile to my wife's face, the new oven has a 2 inch wider interior.

Microwave broke within two years of average to below average use.
Oven runs >30degrees hotter than posted temperature. Not satisfied. Would not recommend unless you want to deal with maintenance on a relatively new unit.

We like our oven/mircowave combo wall appliance. It looks nice and fairly easy to use (although I still would like a direct keypad). The microwave door does collect steam between the glass when doing a baked potato for 5 mins, but this goes away after about 10 mins.

Controls require a lot of 'steps', but getting used to them. Incremental adjustment for seconds is too large. Long preheat time for oven is aggravating, need to allow 12-15 minutes! Disappointed that microwave oven wattage is only 1000 watts given its large capacity- much slower than my prior micro. These shortfalls prevent a high overall rating (details make a big difference in satisfaction).

I love the stainless steel interior on microwave part! I love the door opens down and love how little sound it makes!! The bake oven is super nice! I love no heat element on oven floor! And this oven too is so quiet!

Idk if I need to calibrate it or what but the oven doesn't cook evenly. The top rack bakes but the bottom doesn't and the oven it self isn't hot at all. I always have to keep in the oven longer then usual time

We replaced our 27 yr old GE 27 inch combo microwave and wall oven with the current model. A big surprise was the large interior of the microwave -all stainless (the old one was plastic), plus a glass turntable. Great features- included is a bread proofing mode. This is the answer when there isn't the benefit of sunshine at my window. I love this new combo.

The microwave glass door is cloudy after cooking anything over 3 min. It takes over 45 min to resolve. It looks awful!!! When the microwave ends the beep is so low you can't hear it. The timer for the oven is the same!! It needs to be louder!! Very disappointed!!!

The microwave oven quit on our 25-year old built-in unit. In order to best fit the cabinet, we chose to stick with GE. About 10 weeks after ordering and paying for a current replacement unit, we received the new oven and it was installed.
We could handle the new, digital, more complicated control panel. BUT the new model had a turntable arrangement instead of the prior open-rectangle floor with a mid-height rack. We LOST the ability to use the "floor" for a large rectangular dish or for two dinner plates simultaneously. We LOST the use of a mid-level rack for additional dishes. All we have is useless corner airspace. When we opened the door, we COULDN'T REACH the interior! Only then did we realize that the old oven had a side-opening door and the new one had a drop-down one (to level), pushing us too far away from the oven. Last: the same drop-down-door arrangement does not let us reach all around the cavity for cleaning. My wife is 5 feet tall, I measure 5'-3". The salesman should have warned us of these significant differences between the models. Nada. We're stuck, we'll make the best of a bad situation. The usability of the new unit is far inferior to that of the old one!
BTW: the Owner's Manual says that the unit is guaranteed for a year from the time of purchase. It should be from the time of installation. What if there had been a longer delay in delivery?
