From the top grain leather down to the nailheads and feet, everything that goes into each of our units is sourced in America and made here in America. That's almost never heard of these days! That's something we take immense pride in. Not to mention these units are constructed in only 3-5 weeks which is lightening fast in today's world.

The Mortise and Tenon joined frames are constructed of solid Hickory and Poplar woods. Each unit comes with a lifetime warranty on the cushion cores and frame. Inside the frame, you'll find sturdy 8 gauge sinuous springs systems that are placed perfectly to create a comfortable sit each time. The arms are covered with durable polyurethane to retain it's shape over time and are reinforced to provide comfort the same way our seat cushions do - with added foam and fiber to create a luxurious look and feel.

Chambered inner back cushions are filled with a high density fiber fill that is blown into a dual chambered bag to prevent settling. Cushion cores are a 2.0 high density foam surrounded with a softer foam layer to create a crown effect with a polyester fiber fill on top for added comfortability. Each of these units sits like a dream!
